目的：通过Con A诱导构建小鼠肝损伤模型，为病毒感染等引发的免疫性肝损伤疾病的实验研究提供基础。方法C57BL／6小鼠尾静脉注射Con A （10 mg ／kg ），每周1次，连续4周，检测血清酶学改变、肝脏组织病理学改变、肝脏指数、脾脏指数。结果成功构建小鼠肝损伤动物模型。结论采用Con A诱导可成功构建C57BL／6小鼠慢性肝损伤动物模型。
目的：通過Con A誘導構建小鼠肝損傷模型，為病毒感染等引髮的免疫性肝損傷疾病的實驗研究提供基礎。方法C57BL／6小鼠尾靜脈註射Con A （10 mg ／kg ），每週1次，連續4週，檢測血清酶學改變、肝髒組織病理學改變、肝髒指數、脾髒指數。結果成功構建小鼠肝損傷動物模型。結論採用Con A誘導可成功構建C57BL／6小鼠慢性肝損傷動物模型。
목적：통과Con A유도구건소서간손상모형，위병독감염등인발적면역성간손상질병적실험연구제공기출。방법C57BL／6소서미정맥주사Con A （10 mg ／kg ），매주1차，련속4주，검측혈청매학개변、간장조직병이학개변、간장지수、비장지수。결과성공구건소서간손상동물모형。결론채용Con A유도가성공구건C57BL／6소서만성간손상동물모형。
Objective Liver injury in C57BL/6 mice induced by ConA was established , and this can provide the basis for ex-perimental study of immunological liver injury in viral infection disease.Methods C57BL/6 mice were injected with Con A through tail vein weekly for consective 4 weeks.And then the changes of enzymes in serum , pathological changes of the liver , liver index and spleen index were detected.Results The animal models of experimental liver injury in mice were successfully constructed.Conclusion Using Con A can successfully induce liver injury animal model.
