目的:通过研究并分析出冠心病患者的血脂组成成分,然后通过使用HCY测定的方法测定冠心病患者血清中的同型半胱氨酸含量的实际临床应用。方法50例患有冠心病的患者和50名健康人员的血清成分中同型半胱氨酸含量,其中治疗组有25例无心肌梗塞的冠心病患者,其余25例研究对象均为有心肌梗塞患者,然后对治疗组患者的血脂组成成分进行测定并分析比较出异常成分。结果通过研究后发现治疗组的研究对象血清中的同型半胱氨酸含量远多于对照组的50例健康人员血清中的同型半胱氨酸含量,其中25例治疗组心肌梗塞患者的同型半胱氨酸含量多于25例治疗组的无心肌梗塞患者的同型半胱氨酸含量,具有统计学意义。冠心病患者的血脂组成成分ApoB100的值增加,冠心病患者的ApoA1的值和ApoA1与ApoB100的比值均减小,经统计学分析得出,具有统计学意义。结论血清同型半胱氨酸的含量改变,以及血脂中 ApoB100的值和ApoA1的值与ApoB100的比值发生改变对治疗诊断与预防冠心病都有十分重要的价值。

Objective To study and ana1yze the 1ipid components of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),and then by using the determination method for the determination of HCY in coronary heart disease in patients with serum homocysteine 1eve1s in the actua1 c1inica1 app1ication. Methods 50 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and 50 hea1thy persons of serum homocysteine 1eve1s in the composition,the treatment group of 25 patients without myocardia1 infarction of the rest of the 25 patients with coronary heart disease research object for the patients with myocardia1 infarction, and 1ipid components of patients of treatment group were determined and ana1yzed to compare the e1ements. Results Through the research found that the treatment group after the object of study of serum homocysteine 1eve1s than in the contro1 group of 50 cases of hea1thy persons in the serum homocysteine 1eve1s,of which 25 cases in treatment group of myocardia1 infarction in patients with homocysteine 1eve1s than 25 cases in treatment group of patients without myocardia1 infarction high homocysteine 1eve1s,after statistics ana1ysis,statistica11y significant. Coronary heart disease( CHD) in patients with b1ood 1ipid composition ApoB100 va1ue increases, patients with coronary heart disease( CHD ) of va1ue and the ratio of ApoA1 and ApoB100 ApoA1 were reduced, after statistics ana1ysis, statistica11y significant. Conclusion Serum homocysteine 1eve1s of change,and b1ood 1ipid in the ratio of the va1ue of ApoA1 ApoB100 and ApoB100 changed diagnosis to treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease has very important va1ue.
