大孤山铁矿排土场原铁路排岩全铁平均品位约20%,具备资源回收利用的条件。排土场后方是尾矿库,经过多次扩容设计,尾矿筑坝逐级向外扩展,尾矿库呈上大下小的倒金字塔形状,排土场矿石回收开挖将显著减少对尾矿坝的支撑作用。该文采用边坡稳定性极限平衡分析法,按照规范规定的计算方法、工况条件,逐一计算研究了在保证尾矿库安全稳定条件下,矿石回收工程开挖边坡最小保留宽度和最大总体边坡角,对类似工程具有借鉴指导意义。

The average grade of total iron is about 20%in rock dumping by original railway in Dagushan iron dump .It has the resource recycling condition .The tailing pond is behind the dump .Through several expansion design ,the dam of tailing expands to outward step by step , and the upper part of the tailing pond is bigger than the lower part , the tailing pond presents reverse pyramid shape .The excavation of dump ore recovery will reduce the supporting function to tailing dam .By using the limit equilibrium analy-sis method for slope stability ,and according to the calculation method and working condition regulated by standard ,the minimum retention width and the maximum overall slope angle are calculated and studied , under the condition of slope safety and stability .It has the reference and guiding significance to similar engineerings .
