目的:测定鹿蹄草中多种微量元素的含量。方法鹿蹄草样品用浓硝酸经过消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定 Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn的含量。结果鹿蹄草中 Ca 的含量最高,为2138.4 mg·kg-1,其次为Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn。其回收率在96.50%~117.02%,RSD<2%。结论作为中草药,鹿蹄草中的微量元素含量较为合理,可作为其质量研究的参考依据。该法简便、准确、可信、重现性好。

목적:측정록제초중다충미량원소적함량。방법록제초양품용농초산경과소해,채용화염원자흡수광보법측정 Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn적함량。결과록제초중 Ca 적함량최고,위2138.4 mg·kg-1,기차위Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn。기회수솔재96.50%~117.02%,RSD<2%。결론작위중초약,록제초중적미량원소함량교위합리,가작위기질량연구적삼고의거。해법간편、준학、가신、중현성호。
Objective To determine the contents of the trace e1ements in the Pyrola calliantha. Methods The samp1e was digested by HNO3. Five trace e1ements inc1uding Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca and Mn in the samp1es were direct1y ana1yzed by f1ame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results It was showed that the content of Ca in the samp1e was the highest, fo11owed by Fe, Zn, Mg and Mn. In addition, the recoveries of these microe1ements were ranged from 96. 50% to 117. 02%,and the RSD was 1ess than 2%. Conclusion As one of the Traditiona1 Chinese Medicine, Pyrola calliantha contains reasonab1e percentage of the trace e1ements,which cou1d be the reference to its qua1ification study. The method is simp1e,accurate,re1iab1e and reproducib1e.
