随着人们对心脏功能研究的进一步发展，左心功能的评价已经为临床诊断的应用提供了大量有价值的信息，右心功能的评价也越来越受到人们的关注。而右心室功能的评价对临床诊断的决策和临床治疗的随访以及疾病的预后评估都具有重要的价值。长期以来，超声心动图在临床上已经成为无创进行左心功能评价的主要手段，其在右心功能的评价上也作了大量的研究与尝试，出现了多种右心室功能评价的新技术，该文就右心室功能的超声心动图研究进展予以综述。

Along with the further development of research on cardiac function , assessment of the left heart function has provided a large number of valuable information for clinical diagnosis .And increasing attention have been drawn onto the assessment of right heart function over the past several years .The assess-ment of right ventricular function has great importance in the diagnosis ,follow-up and prognosis of many car-diac diseases.Echocardiography has been the most useful tool to assess the left heart function for a long time as a noninvasive method,a lot of researches and new technologies of echocardiography to assess the right heart function have also been done recently.Here is to make a review of the current research progress on the echo-cardiographyof right ventricular function .
