肺动静脉瘘（ PAVF）是肺动静脉短路使肺动脉血未经肺泡直接进入静脉的一种罕见肺部血管疾病，其发病率低，如未及时有效治疗，病死率较高。明确诊断可指导临床治疗，提高治疗效果。诊断主要依靠影像学检查，常用影像学检查有超声、胸部X线片、数字减影血管造影（ DSA）、CT及磁共振成像（ MRI）。 DSA是诊断PAVF的金标准，CT的使用价值也已得到公认，而超声检查、MRI检查是迄今尚未证实会对受检者造成附加损害的检查手段。

Pulmonary arteriovenous fistula ( PAVF) is a rare pulmonary vascular disease caused by arte-riovenous shunt,that brings the pulmonary arterial blood directly into a vein without passing through pulmo-nary alveoli,its incidence rate is low,if not treated timely and effectively,the fatality rate can be high.A clear diagnosis can be used to guide the clinical treatment,and improve the therapeutic effect.The diagnosis mainly depends on imaging examination,including ultrasound,chest X-ray,digital subtraction angiography(DSA), CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).DSA is the gold standard for diagnosis of PAVF,application value of CT has been recognized,while ultrasound and MRI examination have not yet been confirmed to cause additional damage to the examinees.
