躯体形式障碍（ SD）的临床表现多样，关于本病的发病机制，生物化学、神经内分泌、神经免疫学等有不同的学说，但其确切病因及发病机制目前未完全阐明。各领域对 SD发病机制的研究进程较为缓慢，且各种学说所阐述的机制也不完全相同或存在矛盾之处。近年来，脑功能性成像的发展为直观探讨SD的发病机制提供了可能，该文就神经影像学在 SD 的研究进展予以综述，以期为SD的病因学研究及临床分型提供帮助。

The clinical manifestations of somatoform disorder (SD) are various.At present,there are many theories about the mechanism of SD in the fields of biochemistry ,neuroendocrinology and neuroimmu-nology,while its pathogenesis has not been clarified,research process is also relatively slow.Besides,various theories about the mechanism of SD are not entirely the same or inconsistent with each other .In recent years, development of brain functional imaging technology provides an approach for exploring the pathogenesis of SD intuitively.Here is to make a review of the advances of neuroimaging in the research on SD,in order to pro-vide reference for the etiological study and sub-classification of this disease.
