学生成绩评价体系是根据教学目的、任务对教学效果作出价值判断的手段,又是提供教学活动所需信息的途径,本文以我院食品添加剂应用技术课程学生成绩评价体系为例,分析了学生成绩评价体系中存在的问题,期以构建了基于工作过程的食品添加剂应用技术课程评价体系,以利于教学质量和学生职业能力的提高。

Student achievement evaluation system is based on teaching objectives, tasks, means to make value judgments about the teaching effect, and provide ways to teaching activities required information.Taking our food additive application technology course student achievement evaluation system as an example, the problems existing in student achievement evaluation system was analyzed to build the application technology based on the working process of the food additive evaluation system, and to facilitate the improvement of teaching quality and students'vocational ability.
