该文为研究北京地区建筑工程抗浮设计水位不同计算方法之结果的差异,应用FEM渗流模型和相关分析法对凯恒中心南区工程抗浮设计水位进行了计算。结果表明, FEM 渗流模型所计算的抗浮设计水位值为37.12m,相关分析法所计算的抗浮设计水位值为36.30m,两者相差0.82m。在抗浮水位设计咨询中,应用FEM渗流模型计算抗浮水位设计值的情况较多,在实践中比较成熟,在北京地区具有一定的普遍性,但在上层滞水资料缺乏的地区有些困难。而相关分析法其应用前提是层间水与承压水具有较好的相关性,在上层滞水资料缺乏的地区,相关分析法是对FEM渗流模型计算较好弥补。

To study the difference in the design water level for anti floating by different calculation meth-ods in construction engineerings in Beijing , the design water level for anti floating in the south district of Kaiheng center project are calculated by the FEM seepage model and correlation analysis method .The re-sults show that the value of the design water level for anti floating calculated by FEM seepage model is 37.12m,the value by correlation analysis method is 36.30m,although the difference is 0.82m.In the consultation of the design water level for anti floating ,the FEM seepage model is more used to calculate the value of design water level for anti floating ,it is more mature in practice ,and it has a certain univer-sality in Beijing.But when it is used in deficient perched groundwater data district ,there are some diffi-culties.To using the correlation analysis method , the good correlation between the interlayer water and confined water is the premise .So in the deficient perched groundwater data district ,the correlation analy-sis method can remedy the FEM seepage model better .
