化工原理实验是高校化学工程课程体系的重要组成之一，是典型的工程性和实践性实验，有利于提高学生的工程理念。根据独立学院自身特点及人才培养目标，分析了独立学院建设化工原理实验室的必要性与存在的问题，并从实验室基础设施建设，计算机辅助教学、师资队伍、实验室安全等辅助资源建设等方面，探讨了独立学院建设高效、优质、安全的化工原理实验室的思路与方法。

Experiment of unit operation is one of the important courses of chemical engineering in higher education.Typically, it is an engineering and practical experiment which is propitious for enhancing the industrial conception.According to the characteristics and education goal of the independent colleges, the necessity and existent problems in constructing the laboratory of chemical engineering of independent colleges were analyzed.The suggestions and methods in constructing an efficient, quality and safe laboratory of chemical engineering were discussed in terms of the construction of the basic facilities of the laboratory and the assistant resources including the computer aided instruction, the teaching staff and the security.
