蒽环类化疗药物是一类广谱抗肿瘤药物，但在治疗的同时常伴有广泛的急性和迟发性心脏毒性，有时可直接影响化疗方案的执行。因此，早期心脏毒性的监测尤为重要。在心脏毒性监测的各种检测方法中，超声心动图是常用、较有价值的方法，其中心脏舒张功能是一个更敏感反映肿瘤患者使用蒽环类药物后引起心脏毒性的指标。该文对超声心动图评价蒽环类抗肿瘤药物心脏毒性予以综述。

Anthracycline is a kind of antitumor drugs widely used in the therapy for many malignant tumor,while it usually induce a lot of acute and chronic cardiac toxicity too and even directly impact on the application of chemotherapy.So it is importment to evaluate the early toxicity of anthracycline.Among various kinds of detection methods for cardiac toxicity,echocardiograpy is a common and valuable one.Especially, cardiac diastolic function is a sensitive indicator in the early assessment of cardiac toxicity caused by anthra-cycline in patients with tumor .Here is to make a review of the evaluation on the cardiac toxicity of anthracy-cline by echocardiograpy basing on literatures in recent years.
