专利运营作用为专利的商业化运用，体现了在产业发展中的经济价值，我国作为全球专利申请数量第一的大国，如何通过专利运营将数量的优势转化为产业发展的质量优势，已经成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文从优质专利培育、专利布局、专利交易以及专利投融资等方面对专利运营的重点进行了分析，并对基于不同对象的专利运营模式进行了剖析，从构建专利运营体系的角度对这一专利运用的新型业态进行了系统阐述。

Patent operations are used for patent commercial application, such reflecting economic value in development of industry. As the world’s first large number of patent applications in China, the transit from quantity advantages of patent application to quality advantages of industrial development via patent operations has become public attention. In this article, the patent operations are analyzed in various aspects of patent cultivation, patent layout, patent trade, and patent investment and financing, etc. In addition, different patent operation mode has been investigated and the new format of such operation patent has detailed described from the aspect of constructing patent operations.
