目的：对比分析硬膜外复合全麻对老年胃癌手术患者苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选择老年胃癌患者50例，采用数字随机表法分组，气管组采用麻醉方法为气管内全麻，硬膜组选择麻醉方案为硬膜外复合全麻。以躁动评分为评价指标，在麻醉恢复期评分记录。结果两组比较，硬膜组患者术后躁动评分明显降低（P＜0.01）。结论老年胃癌患者在硬膜外复合全麻方式下，能够降低苏醒期躁动的发生。
목적：대비분석경막외복합전마대노년위암수술환자소성기조동적영향。방법선택노년위암환자50례，채용수자수궤표법분조，기관조채용마취방법위기관내전마，경막조선택마취방안위경막외복합전마。이조동평분위평개지표，재마취회복기평분기록。결과량조비교，경막조환자술후조동평분명현강저（P＜0.01）。결론노년위암환자재경막외복합전마방식하，능구강저소성기조동적발생。
ObjectiveA comparative analysis of epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing gastric restlessness impact.Methods 50 cases of gastric cancer in elderly patients, the use of digital random grouping table method, the method of endotracheal anesthesia group with endotracheal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia group selection scheme for epidural anesthesia. With agitation for evaluation score, score in recovery from anesthesia record.Results The two groups, postoperative epidural group agitation score was significantly lower (P<0.01).Conclusion In elderly patients with gastric epidural anesthesia way, can reduce the incidence of emergence agitation.
