《发酵工程》是生物工程、生物技术专业的核心课程,其内容丰富,涉及面广、实践性强。针对课程的特点和目前教学中存在的问题,在课程教学中引入基于QQ平台的翻转课堂教学法,经实践后,提高了学生学习本门课程的积极性和自主学习能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
《髮酵工程》是生物工程、生物技術專業的覈心課程,其內容豐富,涉及麵廣、實踐性彊。針對課程的特點和目前教學中存在的問題,在課程教學中引入基于QQ平檯的翻轉課堂教學法,經實踐後,提高瞭學生學習本門課程的積極性和自主學習能力,取得瞭良好的教學效果。

Fermentation Engineering, which is one of the core courses for majors of biological engineering and biotechnology, covers a wide range of content and a strong practicality.According to the characteristics of Fermentation Engineering and the existing teaching problems, flipped classroom teaching methods, based on the QQ platform, were introduced in the curriculum.Through the practice, the learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability of students had improved, and it had achieved the desired teaching results.
