介绍了以2-溴噻吩和镁粉为原料,以乙醚为反应溶剂,在碘的引发下制备2-溴噻吩格氏试剂,而后与草酸二甲酯发生格氏反应,合成了一种药物中间体2-羟基-2,2-二(2-噻吩基)乙酸甲酯,收率55.3%。可将此项目应用在本科生有机化学实验教学中,有助于提高学生参与科研的兴趣和水平,提高基本实验技能。

An organic experiment design for a drug intermediate, methyl 2-hydroxy-2,2-di ( thiophen-2-yl) acetate, could be achieved from 2-bromothiophene as raw material through Grignard reagent treated with dimethyl oxalate with 55.3%yield.This experiment could be carried out in an undergraduate course Organic Chemistry Experiments, and improved the interest of students to participate in the scientific research and experimental skills.
