介绍了一个苯胺在氟硼酸溶液中,在低于10℃条件下用亚硝酸钠进行重氮化制得苯基重氮四氟硼酸盐,而后将苯基重氮四氟硼酸盐与马来酰亚胺在丙酮和水溶液中经氯化亚铜催化下发生偶联反应,经柱层析分离得到3-苯基马来酰亚胺,收率达52%。可将此实验项目应用在本科生有机化学实验教学中,有助于提高学生参与科研的兴趣和水平,提高基本实验技能。
介紹瞭一箇苯胺在氟硼痠溶液中,在低于10℃條件下用亞硝痠鈉進行重氮化製得苯基重氮四氟硼痠鹽,而後將苯基重氮四氟硼痠鹽與馬來酰亞胺在丙酮和水溶液中經氯化亞銅催化下髮生偶聯反應,經柱層析分離得到3-苯基馬來酰亞胺,收率達52%。可將此實驗項目應用在本科生有機化學實驗教學中,有助于提高學生參與科研的興趣和水平,提高基本實驗技能。

An organic experiment design for undergraduate students could be achieved.Anilline was treated with sodium nitrite in fluoroboric acid to give phenyldiazonium tetrafluoroborate.3-phenylmaleimide was obtained by CuCl-catalyzed coupling reaction of phenyldiazonium tetrafluoroborate with maleimide in acetone aqueous solution with 52%yield.This experiment could be carried out in an undergraduate course Organic Chemistry Experiments and improve the interest of students to participate in the scientific research and experimental skills.
