某催化裂化装置烟气轮机在正常运行中突然产生剧烈的振动,机组故障停机,检修时,打开烟气轮机后发现个别转子动叶片断裂,部分动叶片损伤报废。通过对断裂的动叶片进行宏观与微观的检查、分析,找出故障原因。对造成故障的烟气轮机出入口管线存在的问题进行阐述与分析,综合考虑烟气轮机日常运行时出现的问题,提出管线的优化方案和安装方法并实施。
某催化裂化裝置煙氣輪機在正常運行中突然產生劇烈的振動,機組故障停機,檢脩時,打開煙氣輪機後髮現箇彆轉子動葉片斷裂,部分動葉片損傷報廢。通過對斷裂的動葉片進行宏觀與微觀的檢查、分析,找齣故障原因。對造成故障的煙氣輪機齣入口管線存在的問題進行闡述與分析,綜閤攷慮煙氣輪機日常運行時齣現的問題,提齣管線的優化方案和安裝方法併實施。

A FCC flue gas turbine suddenly had violent vibration in normal operation, and the unit disorderly close-down.While maintaining, the flue gas turbine rotor blade fracture was opened and an individual was discovered, part of moving blade damage scraped.After the macroscopic and microscopic examination and analysis of the fracture moving blade, the cause of the malfunction had been found out.The existing problems and causes of the fracture flue gas turbine entrance pipeline were discussed and analyzed, considering the problem on daily operation of flue gas turbine, optimization solution of pipeline and method of installation and implementation were proposed.
