公路运输引发的突发性环境污染事故以其形式多样性、发生突然、不可控性、危害严重、处置困难的特点,成为环境污染事故应急研究中的重点和难点。本文研究了公路运输引发的突发性环境污染事故污染物成分分析、污染特征、污染事故应急处置中存在问题,从危化品管理机制、应急联动机制、应急预案、人员培训等方面提出了公路运输引发的突发性环境污染事故应急处置对策。
公路運輸引髮的突髮性環境汙染事故以其形式多樣性、髮生突然、不可控性、危害嚴重、處置睏難的特點,成為環境汙染事故應急研究中的重點和難點。本文研究瞭公路運輸引髮的突髮性環境汙染事故汙染物成分分析、汙染特徵、汙染事故應急處置中存在問題,從危化品管理機製、應急聯動機製、應急預案、人員培訓等方麵提齣瞭公路運輸引髮的突髮性環境汙染事故應急處置對策。

Sudden environmental pollution caused by road transport emergency with characteristics of diversity, the occurrence of sudden, uncontrollable, serious harm and disposal difficulties becomes the emphasis and difficulty of environmental pollution emergency researches.Sudden environmental pollution accidents caused by road transport pollutant composition analysis, pollution characteristics and problems of pollution emergency disposal were studied.Some countermeasures were proposed including hazardous chemicals management system, emergency response mechanisms, emergency plans and training of personnel transportation.
