目的：通过文献聚类分析的方法探讨信息技术对“以病人为中心”的医疗服务的影响。方法：系统检索中国知网和Pubmed中信息技术对“以病人为中心”医疗服务的影响相关文献，对关键词和主题词进行词频统计和聚类分析。结果：目前国内医疗机构在“以病人为中心”的相关信息化建设中偏重于药学服务和流程优化两个方面，国外则强调医疗的连续性以及病人参与、病人授权方面的应用。结论：信息技术对“以病人为中心”医疗服务具有重要作用，未来研究需要探讨如何将信息技术的应用价值最大化，促进信息技术在“以病人为中心”医疗服务中发挥更大的作用。

Objective:This study explored the impact of health information technology on patient -centered care.Methods:This paper re-trieved articles from CNKI and PubMed about the effect of information technology on patient -centered care, and conducted word frequency statis-tics and clustering analysis on key words or MESH.Results: Domestic studies focus on applications on pharmaceutical services and workflow re-engineering, while researches abroad emphasized on continuity of care and patient engagement.Conclusion:This study had confirmed the impor-tant role of information technology in patient-centered care realization.Future research is needed to discuss how to maximize the value of health information technology ,so as to promote the progress of patient -centered care.
