目的：探索新医改后江苏省卫生资源配置现状与发展趋势，为促进江苏省卫生事业建设提供参考。方法：从人口和地理两个维度出发，以卫生资源中财力、物力、人力3种主要资源为落脚点，采用Lorenz曲线与Gini系数作为评价手段，分析江苏省卫生资源配置的公平性。结果：江苏省卫生资源按人口分布Gini系数为0．05－0．33，按地理分布Gini系数为0．2－0．5。通过新医改，江苏省卫生资源配置达到总体公平，按人口配置的公平性优于按地理分配。结论：卫生改革思路、政府投入、医疗机构建设、卫生人力建设对江苏省卫生资源配置公平性有重要影响，应当进一步加大卫生投入，促进卫生机构建设，改善人力资源配置。

Objective:To explore the current situation and development trend of the equity of health resource allocation in Jiangsu to provide references to Jiangsu construction of health.Methods:The equity of health resource allocation in Jiangsu will be analyzed by Lorenz curve and Gi-ni coefficient.Results:It shows that the Gini coefficient is during 0.05-0.33 in population, and during 0.2-0.5 in geography.The study indi-cates that the equity of health resource allocation in Jiangsu is fair overall, especially in population.Conclusion:The health reform, the govern-ment investment ,the construction if medical institution and the health human resource are important factors in equity of health resource allocation . The investment in health should be increased, the construction of health institutions should be promoted and the human resource allocation should be improved.
