膀胱癌是我国泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，临床上主要以手术治疗为主，辅以放化疗和免疫治疗，但膀胱癌具有多发性和易复发性，远期疗效及患者生活质量并不令人满意。肿瘤基因治疗作为可能根治肿瘤的治疗手段日益受到人们的关注。小干扰技术是近年发展的一项特异性抑制基因表达的新方法，因其具备高特异性、高效性、简便易行等特点，为膀胱癌的发病机制及基因治疗的研究开辟了一条新道路。

Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system in China ,in recent years,its incidence has increased year after year,and the main treatment is operation combined with radio-therapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy,but it has the characteristics of multiple and recurrent onset,long-term efficacy and quality of life in patients is unsatisfactory .As a possible cancer cure, tumor gene therapy has attracted increasing attention.Small interfering RNA technology is a new method for the specific inhibi-tion of gene expression developed in recent years,due to its high specificity,high efficiency and simple opera-tion,it provides a new way for the study of the pathogenesis and gene therapy of bladder cancer.
