目的:了解新疆某三甲医院门诊医生和患者对预约诊疗服务的需求及影响因素,为进一步促进医院预约诊疗服务的发展提供对策与建议。方法:于2012年11-12月分别对187名医生和717名患者进行问卷调查,结果运用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果:影响医生对门诊预约服务需求的因素主要为民族和职称:以其他民族为参考,维吾尔族比汉族医生需求低;以中级职称为参考,职称越高,对门诊预约服务需求越高。影响患者对预约服务需求的因素主要为民族、文化程度和工作状况:以其他民族为对比,少数民族相对汉族对预约挂号需求程度低,尤其是维吾尔族;以小学及以下学历为参考,学历越高对预约挂号需求越高;以无工作的患者为参考,离退休人员对预约挂号就诊需求程度较低。结论:部分医生和患者没有了解门诊预约诊疗服务的真正意义,对此服务的需求度有待提高,应结合影响需求的各项因素,有针对性地进行宣传以提高其对预约服务的积极性。

Objective: To analyze the demands and its influencing factors of clinical reservation services in a 3 grade hospital from Xinjiang, so as to provide strategies and suggestions for the further development of reservation service .Methods:We surveyed respectively 187 doctors and 717 patients from November to December 2012; the results were analyzed by using SPSS13.0.Results: The influencing factors on demands of clinical reservation services were the ethnic and titles of doctors.In reference to other ethnic groups, the rate of Uygur patients willing to accept the service was lower than the Han;compared with the intermediate title, the higher titles doctors had, the higher acceptance for reservation serv-ice they had.The influencing factors on demands of clinical reservation services were the ethnic, education and job of patients.In the reference other ethnic, the rate of minority ethnic willing to accept the service was lower than the Han, especially the Uygur patients.Compared with the primary school and below, the higher degree they had the higher demands they had.Conclusion:A part of doctors and patients don't understand the real significance of clinical reservation services, and the rate of demands for this service should be further improved, and combined with influ-encing factors of demands, we should propagandize to them in order to improve their positivity of reservation services.
