Hospital Statistician%Competency%Competency Model%Behavior Event Interview
目的:构建三级医院统计人员胜任力模型,为三级医院统计人员的选拔、培训和测评提供科学依据。方法:综合运用文献法、行为事件访谈法和核检表法提取医院统计人员胜任特征,采用SPSS13.0和EXCEL2003对行为事件访谈内容和核检表调查结果进行统计分析。结果:绩优组和普通组在访谈时间(t=1.97,P>0.05)和访谈文本长度上差异无统计学意义(t=1.83,P>0.05);编码归类一致性、编码信度和编码Pearson相关系数均满足研究要求。构建的胜任力模型由10项鉴别胜任特征和14项基准胜任特征组成,鉴别胜任特征包括自我控制、成就导向、关系建立、沟通能力、信息整合、主动性、灵活性、自信心、分析思维、医学基础知识;基准胜任特征包括责任感、服务意识、安全保密、诚信正直、培养他人、团队合作、关注细节、执行能力、学习能力、前沿跟踪、病案编码知识、医学统计学知识、计算机应用能力、医院管理知识。结论:本研究构建了三级医院统计人员胜任力模型,该模型具有较高的科学性和可靠性,符合新时期三级医院对统计人员的要求,为提高医院统计人员的胜任能力提供了新的思路和方法。

Objective: To provide scientific basis for selecting, training and assessment for hospital statisticians, we construct a competency model of statisticians of three level hospitals.Methods:The identified competences and standard competences were collected by using literature , behavior event interview and checklist method, the BEsI'data were analyzed by using SPSS 13.0 and the checklist survey data were analyzed by EXCEL2003.Results: Excellent group and normal group had no significant difference in interview time (t=1.97, P>0.05) and interview text length (t=1.83, P>0.05); the classification consistency of coding ,reliability of coding and Pearson Correlation Coefficient have met the re -search requirement;the competency model of statisticians of three level hospital includes 10 identified competences and 14 standard competences. The identified competence includes self -control, achievement-oriented, relationship, communication skill, integration of information, initia-tive, flexibility, self-confidence, analytical thinking, and basic medical knowledge.The standard competences includes responsibility, service consciousness, confidentiality, integrity, developing people, cooperation, attention to detail, executive ability, learning ability, knowledge -tracking, knowledge of ICD-10, knowledge of medical statistics, computer application skills, knowledge of hospital management.Conclusion:This study established the competency model of statistician of three level hospitals which have highly scientific and reliability and meets the hospi-tal requirements and provides new ideas and methods for improving the competencies of hospital statistician .
