采用气质联用技术( GC-MS)结合交互移动窗口因子分析法( AMWFA)解析药对白术-防风及其单味药的挥发油成分,并比较单味药与药对的共有组分数。利用质谱库结合保留时间进行定性分析,总体积积分法进行定量分析。白术、防风和药对白术-防风中分别定性了58、115、87种挥发油成分,各占其总含量的87.83%、91.96%、88.51%。白术、防风与药对白术-防风的共有组分分别为26、22种。结果表明,单味药与药对在挥发油的种类和含量上均存在较明显的差异。

The combination of gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ) with alternative moving windows factor analysis ( AMWFA) was used to analyze volatile oil in herbal pair ( HP) Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz ( KAM)-Saposhnikovia divaricata Schischk ( SSD ) and its single herbs, and compare common components.The qualitative identification of volatile components were carried out by mass spectral library together with retention time, the quantitative analysis was performed with the overall volume integration method ( OVI) .In volatile oil of KAM, SSD and HP KAM-SSD, 58 , 115 and 87 volatile components were separately determined representing 87.83%, 91.96% and 88.51% of total volatile oil contents, respectively.There were 26 common volatile components between single herb KAM and HP KAM-SSD, and 22 between single herb SSD and HP KAM-SSD.The result showed that single herb is significantly different from HP on types and contents of volatile oil.
