从利益相关者理论角度分析公立医院核心利益相关者,探讨公立医院综合绩效影响因素,发现患者和医务人员利益诉求、医院管理者及其治理模式、行业内竞争者及其激烈程度等对公立医院综合绩效有影响。为了提高公立医院综合绩效水平,应建立以患者为中心的公立医院治理机制,完善医务人员激励约束机制,加快公立医院法人治理模式改革,鼓励医院良性竞争,抑制恶性竞争。
從利益相關者理論角度分析公立醫院覈心利益相關者,探討公立醫院綜閤績效影響因素,髮現患者和醫務人員利益訴求、醫院管理者及其治理模式、行業內競爭者及其激烈程度等對公立醫院綜閤績效有影響。為瞭提高公立醫院綜閤績效水平,應建立以患者為中心的公立醫院治理機製,完善醫務人員激勵約束機製,加快公立醫院法人治理模式改革,鼓勵醫院良性競爭,抑製噁性競爭。

This paper used stakeholder theory to study the influencing factors of comprehensive performance of public hospitals .Then, the interest claim of patients and medical staff, hospital administrators and governance models, the competitors have been found to have a particular effect on the influencing factors of comprehensive performance of public hospital.According to this, some suggestions which to improve the com-prehensive performance of public hospitals were put forward, such as establish a patient-oriented governance model, improve the incentive and restraint mechanism for the medical staff, accelerate the reform of the model of corporation governance of public hospital, encourage the benign competition of the hospital and inhibition of vicious competition.
