急性淋巴细胞白血病( ALL )是一种血液系统恶性肿瘤,儿童和成人均可发病,以儿童更甚。 ALL因极易耐药而易复发,并最终导致患者死亡。研究表明,白血病产生耐药的原因之一就是异常的造血微环境对白血病细胞的保护作用。白血病细胞通过与异常造血微环境中的骨髓基质细胞相互作用,导致多种黏附分子和趋化因子异常表达,增强了白血病细胞增殖、抗凋亡、黏附、迁移及浸润等能力,使白血病细胞在化疗后存活,成为耐药和复发的根源。鉴于此,通过干预骨髓微环境阻断白血病细胞与其相互作用,有望成为治疗白血病的新方法。

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) is a malignant tumor of blood system,which may onset in both children and adult,especially in children.ALL is easily recurrent due to drug resistance,which even-tually leads to death.It was reported that one of the reasons for leukemia resistance was the protection of leu-kemic cells from abnormal hematopoietic microenvironment .By interaction of leukemic cells and marrow stro-ma cells in abnormal hematopoietic microenvironment ,the leukemic cells produce a variety of adhesion mole-cules and chemotactic factors,which enhance the ability of proliferation,anti-apoptosis,adhesion,migration and invasion,and make leukemic cells survive after chemotherapy, and become the fountain of drug resist-ance and relapse.In view of this, it is expected to be a new treatment for leukemia by intervening the bone marrow microenvironment to block the leukemic cells .
