眼动脱敏与再加工（ EMDR）是近年来兴起的一种新的心理治疗方法，整合了生理学、催眠学、心理动力学、行为学和认知行为学等多学科的观点，构建了适应性信息加工模型的理论基础，通过眼动、脱敏和再加工，以帮助恢复大脑信息加工系统的平衡。研究发现，EMDR在改善创伤后应激障碍的临床症状上有显著效果，且优于其他相关疗法，成为目前治疗创伤后应激障碍的主要方法之一。该文对EMDR心理疗法的研究现状进行归纳总结，着力介绍其基本理论、治疗流程和在创伤后应激障碍中的应用及其疗效，并进一步揭示其治疗和研究的方向。

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing ( EMDR) is a new psychotherapy rising in recent years,integrating physiology,hypnology,psychodynamic,behavioristics,cognitive behavioristic and oth-er schools′views to build up the theoretical basis of adaptive information processing model .It takes the EMDR, to help restore the balance of brain information processing system .The studies have found that EMDR have remarkably improved clinical symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder,and its effect is superior to other therapies,so it has become to be one of the main treatments of post-traumatic stress disorder at pres-ent.Here summarizes the research status of EMDR psychotherapy,emphatically introduces the basic theory and treatment process of the psychological treatment and its therapeutic effect on post-traumatic stress disor-der,and further reveals its direction in the treatment and research .
