2014年，房山区第一医院护理系统开展了以“创新护理管理、提升服务质量”为主题的“五比五看”活动，并取得明显成效，形成一定经验。本文主要从基本做法、取得成效和经验体会三个方面介绍了活动的组织实施和深度思考。

In 2014, Fangshan district ifrst Hospital nursing system Carried out in order to "innovation of nursing management and enhance service quality" as the theme,which is named “five matches and watches five times”, that achieved signiifcant results and formed some experience. This article mainly introduced the activities of the organization and depth of thinking from the three dimensions which are the basic practice, the results achieved and the experiences.
