Coal industry,as the labor-intensive enterprise,exists some problems,such as too many labors,but low efficiency,high labor costs,which was highlighted historical problem, limited coal mine production and management,and seriously affected the enterprise profits.The current author took Tangshan Mining Company as an example and introduced how to raise effi-ciency and innovational manage by reduce labors,in order to decrease labor costs,increase effi-ciency and promote enterprises sustainable developing.
