The authors analyzed the administrative background,main idea and typical poli-cies of departments of work safety supervision over ten years and six periods,and analyzed conti-nuity of policies based upon five aspects:theoretical innovation of work safety,main responsibili-ties of work safety,building system of long term safety,breakthrough at key points and sole rec-tification,and intensifying safety foundation. The authors also studied development trends on coal mine safety supervision and inspection policy from diverse perspectives:macro perspective, micro perspective,hardware perspective,software perspective,topical perspective and policy mix perspective.
