针对我国煤种多、煤泥可浮性变化大以及煤泥浮选工艺多样化等特点,深入对XJM-S 系列浮选机进行研究,将煤泥浮选工艺同浮选设备有机结合,提出中矿箱的研究思路,并对中矿箱功能结构和关键参数进行研究。中矿箱的成功研制有效地将一次浮选机和二次浮选机连接在一起,单机具备一次选和二次选功能。在吕梁山煤电公司选煤厂的使用结果得出,XJM-S28(3+2)分选易浮煤泥和难浮煤泥时的可燃体回收率同实验室条件下的可燃体回收率相近,取得了理想的效果,有效地推进了煤泥浮选设备的发展和进步。

In the light of the features of many coal types and different floatability of coal slurry and slurry flotation process in China,based on in-depth research of XJM-S series flotation machines and good combination of slime flotation process with flotation machines,a research idea of middlings tank has been proposed in this paper. The functions and structures of middlings tanks have been studied. The successful development of the middlings tank effectively connected the primary and secondary flotation machines together. The functions of primary and secondary flotation have been built into on unit. The application results in Lvliangshan Coal Electricity Company Coal Preparation Plant showed that the combustible material recovery rate from using the XJM-S28 (3+2)to separate easy-to-float coal and hard-to-float slurry was similar to that un-der the condition of the laboratory,which obtained the ideal effect and promote effectively the de-velopment and progress of the slurry flotation machines.
