以煤焦油沥青为原料,采用一次溶剂萃取静置沉降的办法,制得2~4环芳烃为主的精制沥青,考察了烷烃含量和溶剂溶质比等条件对萃取效果的影响,并用精制沥青热聚合制备针状焦。结果表明,随着烷烃含量的升高,萃取液粘度变低,精制沥青的收率变小;精制沥青收率随溶剂溶质比的增大而增加,萃取液的黏度随着溶剂溶质比的增大而减小;温度升高,沥青的溶解度先增大后变缓。综合考虑适宜的操作条件为:当烷烃含量为5%~10%、溶剂溶质比为2∶1、沉降时间为6 h 以及沉降温度为60℃时,将所得精制沥青热聚合制备针状焦,微观结构良好,具有广泛的纤维状结构。

Coal tar pitch has been used as raw material. The 2 ~4 ring aromatic hydrocar-bons refined asphalt has been successfully made by adopting a solvent extraction settling method. The influences of alkane content,solvent ratio on extraction efficiency have been investigated. Meanwhile,needle coke was prepared by refine pitch through thermal polymerization. The re-sults showed that with the increase of amount of alkane content amount,the viscosity of the ex-traction liquid and the yield of the purified pitch is decrease. The yield of purified pitch is increas-ing with the enhence of the ratio of solute with solvent. The viscosity of the extraction liquid is declining with the increas of the ratio of solute with solvent. With the temperature increasing, the solubility of the pitch increased at first and then went slowly. The optimum operating condi-tions:the alkane content is 5%~ 10%. The ratio of solute with solvent is 2 ∶ 1. The settling time is 6 h and the settling temperature is 60℃. Asphalt was thermal polymerized to prepare nee-dle coke. The needle coke had good microstructure with large proportion of fibrous structure.
