天然气管道泄漏后气体的扩散受到管道运行情况和周围环境的影响,气体在泄漏孔处的喷流规律较为复杂,以CFD方法为基础,使用ANSYS软件对泄漏点及其周围环境进行建模,对不同工况进行模拟,分析运行压力、风速和泄漏孔径对气体扩散的影响,从而得到天然气管道泄漏后气体的扩散规律,证明泄漏范围与输送压力和泄漏孔径成正相关,风向和风速分别影响泄漏云的扩散方向和扩散速度。

The diffusion regularity of leakage natural gas is influenced bypipeline operation and surrounding environment.The flow law of gas around the leakage point is very complicated.ANSYS software was used to model the leakage point and the surrounding environment based on CFD method.In order to analyze the influence of pressure, wind speed and leakage aperture for diffusion, variety of conditions were simulated.The diffusion regularity of leakage gas was gained.It was proved that leakage range was closely relative to pressure and leakage aperture, diffusion direction and speed of diffusion cloud was influenced by wind direction and wind speed respectively.
