目的 用脑涨落图仪探讨精神分裂症患者脑递质功能与其临床症状群之间的关联性.方法 对符合《国际疾病分类(第10版)》精神分裂症诊断标准的80例患者给予脑功能检查,同时用阳性及阴性量表(PANSS)评定患者精神症状.结果 脑内递质相对功率与年龄及文化不相关(P>0.05);去甲肾上腺素(NE)及兴奋递质3相对功率与PANSS总分呈正相关(r=0.274,P=0.023;r=0.244,P=0.043);思维障碍症状群与NE、兴奋递质3相对功率呈正相关(r=0.281,P =0.019;r=0.249,P=0.039);偏执症状群与乙酰胆碱(Ach)、兴奋递质3相对功率呈正相关(r=0.239,P=0.048;r=0.313,P=0.009);抑郁症状群与5-羟色胺(5-HT)相对功率呈正相关(r=0.266,P=0.027);攻击性症状群与r-氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(Glu)相对功率呈负相关,与Ach、NE、多巴胺(DA)及兴奋递质相对功率呈正相关(r=-0.264,P=0.029;r=-0.259,P=0.033;r=-0.242,P=0.047;r=-0.333,P=0.006;r=-0.294,P=0.015;r=-0.315,P=0.009).结论 脑内多种递质相对功率与精神分裂症临床症状群相关.
目的 用腦漲落圖儀探討精神分裂癥患者腦遞質功能與其臨床癥狀群之間的關聯性.方法 對符閤《國際疾病分類(第10版)》精神分裂癥診斷標準的80例患者給予腦功能檢查,同時用暘性及陰性量錶(PANSS)評定患者精神癥狀.結果 腦內遞質相對功率與年齡及文化不相關(P>0.05);去甲腎上腺素(NE)及興奮遞質3相對功率與PANSS總分呈正相關(r=0.274,P=0.023;r=0.244,P=0.043);思維障礙癥狀群與NE、興奮遞質3相對功率呈正相關(r=0.281,P =0.019;r=0.249,P=0.039);偏執癥狀群與乙酰膽堿(Ach)、興奮遞質3相對功率呈正相關(r=0.239,P=0.048;r=0.313,P=0.009);抑鬱癥狀群與5-羥色胺(5-HT)相對功率呈正相關(r=0.266,P=0.027);攻擊性癥狀群與r-氨基丁痠(GABA)、穀氨痠(Glu)相對功率呈負相關,與Ach、NE、多巴胺(DA)及興奮遞質相對功率呈正相關(r=-0.264,P=0.029;r=-0.259,P=0.033;r=-0.242,P=0.047;r=-0.333,P=0.006;r=-0.294,P=0.015;r=-0.315,P=0.009).結論 腦內多種遞質相對功率與精神分裂癥臨床癥狀群相關.
목적 용뇌창락도의탐토정신분렬증환자뇌체질공능여기림상증상군지간적관련성.방법 대부합《국제질병분류(제10판)》정신분렬증진단표준적80례환자급여뇌공능검사,동시용양성급음성량표(PANSS)평정환자정신증상.결과 뇌내체질상대공솔여년령급문화불상관(P>0.05);거갑신상선소(NE)급흥강체질3상대공솔여PANSS총분정정상관(r=0.274,P=0.023;r=0.244,P=0.043);사유장애증상군여NE、흥강체질3상대공솔정정상관(r=0.281,P =0.019;r=0.249,P=0.039);편집증상군여을선담감(Ach)、흥강체질3상대공솔정정상관(r=0.239,P=0.048;r=0.313,P=0.009);억욱증상군여5-간색알(5-HT)상대공솔정정상관(r=0.266,P=0.027);공격성증상군여r-안기정산(GABA)、곡안산(Glu)상대공솔정부상관,여Ach、NE、다파알(DA)급흥강체질상대공솔정정상관(r=-0.264,P=0.029;r=-0.259,P=0.033;r=-0.242,P=0.047;r=-0.333,P=0.006;r=-0.294,P=0.015;r=-0.315,P=0.009).결론 뇌내다충체질상대공솔여정신분렬증림상증상군상관.
Objective To explore the correlation between brian neurotransmitter function and clinical symptoms in patients with schizophrenia with encephalofluctuograph instrument.Methods The brain function of 80 patients meeting the International Classification of Diseases 10th edition (ICD-10)diognostic criteria for schizophrenia was tested.The patients' psychiatric symptoms were evaluated with positive and negative rating scale (PANSS).Results The brain relative power of neurotransmitter didn't correlated with age and culture(P >0.05).The relative powers of norepinephrine and neurotransmitter of excitement 3 positively correlated with PANSS (r =0.274,P =0.023;r =0.244,P =0.043).Thought disorder symptom clusters positively correlated with the relative powers of norepinephrine and neurotransmitter of excitement 3 (r =0.281,P =0.019;r =0.249,P =0.039).Paranoid symptom clusters positively correlated with the relative powers of acetylcholine and excitatory neurotransmitter 3 (r =0.239,P=0.048;r =0.313,P=0.009).Depressive symptom clusters positively correlated with the relative power of 5-serotonin(r =0.266,P=0.027).Aggressive symptom clusters negatively correlated with the relative powers of r-aminobutyic acid and glutamic acid and positively correlated with the relative powers of acetylcholine,norepinephrine,dopamine,and neurotransmitter of excitement 3(r =-0.264,P =0.029;r =-0.259,P =0.033;r =-0.242,P=0.047;r =-0.333,P=0.006;r =-0.294,P=0.015;r =-0.315,P=0.009).Conclusion The brain relative powers of many neurotransmitters correlates with the clinical symptom clusters of schizophrenia.
