目的：研究探讨子宫切除术围手术期混合性阴道感染的护理要点。方法选取我院收治的接受子宫切除术治疗出现混合性阴道感染的患者56例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组28例，参照组患者给予常规护理干预，试验组患者给予针对性优质护理干预。分别比较两组患者治愈率、护理满意度和阴道息肉发生率。结果试验组患者治愈率和护理满意度高于参照组，阴道息肉发生率明显低于参照组，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论子宫切除术围手术期混合性阴道感染给予针对性优质护理干预，有利于提高治愈率和患者满意度，减少阴道息肉发生率。
목적：연구탐토자궁절제술위수술기혼합성음도감염적호리요점。방법선취아원수치적접수자궁절제술치료출현혼합성음도감염적환자56례작위연구대상，장기수궤분위량조，매조28례，삼조조환자급여상규호리간예，시험조환자급여침대성우질호리간예。분별비교량조환자치유솔、호리만의도화음도식육발생솔。결과시험조환자치유솔화호리만의도고우삼조조，음도식육발생솔명현저우삼조조，비교유통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론자궁절제술위수술기혼합성음도감염급여침대성우질호리간예，유리우제고치유솔화환자만의도，감소음도식육발생솔。
Objective To investigate the hysterectomy surgery care points around the mixed vaginal infections.Methods Accept our hospital treatment hysterectomy vaginal infections occur in patients with mixed 56 patients as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 28 patients in the control group were treated with routine care interventions in the perioperative period, observation group were treated with targeted quality care intervention. Two groups of patients were compared cure rate, satisfaction with care, and the incidence of vaginal polyp.ResultsThe results observed in patients cure rate and signiifcantly higher satisfaction with care, vaginal polyp incidence was signiifcantly lower than the control group, a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Hysterectomy perioperative mixed vaginal infections give quality care interventions targeted, will help improve the cure rate and patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of vaginal polyp.
