目的：观察支气管哮喘并过敏性鼻炎的护理干预措施及其临床效果。方法随机将136例支气管哮喘并过敏性鼻炎患儿分为两组，每组68例，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上行护理干预，比较两组临床效果以及护理满意度。结果观察组临床效果、护理总满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对支气管哮喘并过敏性鼻炎患者进行护理干预可明显改善临床效果，有利于提高护理满意度。
목적：관찰지기관효천병과민성비염적호리간예조시급기림상효과。방법수궤장136례지기관효천병과민성비염환인분위량조，매조68례，대조조채용상규호리조시，관찰조재차기출상행호리간예，비교량조림상효과이급호리만의도。결과관찰조림상효과、호리총만의도우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론대지기관효천병과민성비염환자진행호리간예가명현개선림상효과，유리우제고호리만의도。
Objective To observe the nursing measure of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis and its clinical effect.Methods Randomly 136 cases of patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis can be divided into two groups, 68 cases in each group, control group using conventional nursing measures, observation group of nursing intervention on the basis of this, compare two groups of clinical effect and nursing satisfaction.ResultsTo observe the clinical effect and nursing total satisfaction was signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention in patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis can obviously improve the clinical effect, to improve nursing satisfaction.
