为使我国中医药产业知识产权综合评价工作更加科学合理，推动中医药产业知识产权保护进程，在对国内外有关知识产权评价和中医药产业评价文献进行调研的基础上，本文从知识产权数量、知识产权质量、知识产权开发、知识产权实施和知识产权管理5个方面构建了中医药产业知识产权评价指标体系，并对各个指标进行详细阐述。
為使我國中醫藥產業知識產權綜閤評價工作更加科學閤理，推動中醫藥產業知識產權保護進程，在對國內外有關知識產權評價和中醫藥產業評價文獻進行調研的基礎上，本文從知識產權數量、知識產權質量、知識產權開髮、知識產權實施和知識產權管理5箇方麵構建瞭中醫藥產業知識產權評價指標體繫，併對各箇指標進行詳細闡述。
위사아국중의약산업지식산권종합평개공작경가과학합리，추동중의약산업지식산권보호진정，재대국내외유관지식산권평개화중의약산업평개문헌진행조연적기출상，본문종지식산권수량、지식산권질량、지식산권개발、지식산권실시화지식산권관리5개방면구건료중의약산업지식산권평개지표체계，병대각개지표진행상세천술。
In order to make the comprehensive evaluation work of intellectual property of TCM industry more scientific and reasonable in our country, promote the protection of intellectual property of TCM industry, based on the survey of the domestic and foreign literature about evaluation of intellectual property and TCM industry, this article built the evaluation index system of intellectual property of TCM industry from five aspects:the number of intellectual property, the quality of intellectual property, the development of intellectual property, the implementation of intellectual property, and the management of intellectual property, and elaborated each index in detail.
