目的:总结改革优化后的教学反馈结果,进一步查阅国内外相关文献,分析其教学模式的优缺点,以指导下一步教学课程优化。方法:对山西医科大学本科临床医学的精神病学教学内容及模式进行改革、优化,通过调整授课内容、增加角色扮演法来使授课内容简洁、易懂,以提高教学质量。同时,收集学生对课堂教学的反馈意见,整理山西医科大学校本部临床医学150人的《精神病学课程优化教学反馈意见调查表》,分析教学模式的合理性。结果:调查结果显示,学生对教学内容、教学方式、教师授课认真态度、课时的满意度分别为92.67%,96.70%,96.00%,94.00%。88.67%学生较好地掌握了所学内容;22.00%学生认为应增加课时;40.67%学生希望增加某些指定教学内容。结论:通过对教学内容、教学方法的优化,学生出勤率、积极性较去年升高,学生能更快、更容易掌握所学课程,同时通过教学经验以及学生反馈意见的整理,能进一步调整教学方案、内容及模式,继续优化本课程教学,使精神病学的授课更加合理、有效。

Objective:Summarize the teaching feedback results,with further literature of present situation of consult psy-chiatry teaching reform at home and abroad,then summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of teaching mode, which will guide the next optimize of the teaching course. Methods:In order to reform and optimize the teaching content and mode of psychiatry of shanxi medical university undergraduate course of clinical medicine,the subject choose to adjust the teaching content and introduce the role playing teaching,so that the content seems to be more simple and straight forward. Meantime,organizing the feedback in classroom teaching of 150 students of shanxi medical university undergraduate course of clinical medicine,then analyzing the rationality of the teaching mode. Results:The satisfaction survey of teaching content, teaching methods,teachers' serious attitude,class:The satisfaction were 92. 67% ,96. 70% ,96. 00% and 94. 00% respective-ly. 88. 67% students have better grasped the learning content,22. 00% students consider that the class hour should be in-creased,40. 67% students hope to increase some specified teaching content. Conclusion:Through the reform and optimize of teaching content and mode of psychiatry,the class attendance and learning initiative was increased. Meanwhile,the students can master the courses more easily and faster. At the same time,through the teaching experience and students feedback,we will fur-ther adjusts the teaching program,content and teaching mode,optimize the teaching of the course,then the psychiatry teaching will be more reasonable and effective.
