目的：分析全面护理模式在颅脑损伤后高血糖治疗护理的效果，总结护理经验。方法选择2013年1月～2014年7月我院就诊并治愈的颅脑损伤后高血糖患者52例，随机分为对照组和观察组各26例。采用常规脑外科护理模式对对照组实施护理；采用全面护理模式对观察组实施护理。结果观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组；住院总时间短于对照组。结论应用全面护理模式对颅脑损伤后高血糖患者实施护理的临床效果更好。
목적：분석전면호리모식재로뇌손상후고혈당치료호리적효과，총결호리경험。방법선택2013년1월～2014년7월아원취진병치유적로뇌손상후고혈당환자52례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각26례。채용상규뇌외과호리모식대대조조실시호리；채용전면호리모식대관찰조실시호리。결과관찰조환자대호리복무적만의도고우대조조；주원총시간단우대조조。결론응용전면호리모식대로뇌손상후고혈당환자실시호리적림상효과경호。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive care model in the treatment of high blood sugar after craniocerebral injury,to sum up the care experience.MethodsThe choice of 2013 January to 2014 year in July 52 cases of patients with high blood sugar after craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital. Were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 26 cases in each group. Using the conventional Department of cerebral surgery care mode on the implementation of the control group. Using the comprehensive care model in care observation group.ResultsPatients in the observation group satisfaction for care was significantly higher than the control group, the total hospitalization time was signiifcantly shorter than that in control group.Conclusion Better effect of hyperglycemia in patients with the application of the comprehensive care after craniocerebral injury, it is worthy of application and further research.
