目的：探讨中西医结合保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法选择2013年10月~2014年10月收治入院确诊为输卵管妊娠且符合保守治疗条件的患者60例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)肌内注射治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合中医辨证分型治疗，比较两组的总有效率、治疗1周后包块直径及血β-HCG值变化情况。结果治疗组的总有效率93.33%，对照组为73.33%，治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗1周后的包块直径小于对照组，血β-HCG值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果明显优于单独采用西药治疗，两者协同增效，可使治疗总有效率显著提高，缩短病程，减轻临床症状，方法简单，易于在基层推广。

목적：탐토중서의결합보수치료수란관임신적림상효과。방법선택2013년10월~2014년10월수치입원학진위수란관임신차부합보수치료조건적환자60례，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，각30례。대조조채용갑안접령(MTX)기내주사치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상배합중의변증분형치료，비교량조적총유효솔、치료1주후포괴직경급혈β-HCG치변화정황。결과치료조적총유효솔93.33%，대조조위73.33%，치료조적총유효솔고우대조조(P<0.05)。치료조치료1주후적포괴직경소우대조조，혈β-HCG치저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론수란관임신채용중서의결합치료적림상효과명현우우단독채용서약치료，량자협동증효，가사치료총유효솔현저제고，축단병정，감경림상증상，방법간단，역우재기층추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine conserva-tively treating tubal pregnancy. Methods 60 patients diagnosed with tubal pregnancy and consistent with conservative treatment conditions from Octorber 2013 to Octorber 2014 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the treat-ment group and control group,and there were 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate (MTX) for intramuscular injection,while the treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,and mass diameter,blood β-HCG value change after 1 week treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05).The mass diameter of treatment group was smaller than that of control group,and blood β-HCG value in treatment group was lower than that of control group after 1 week treatmen (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of tubal pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative therapy is better than that using western medicine alone,the both synergistic treat-ment can make the total efficiency of the treatment significantly improve, shorten the course,reduce the clinical symp-tom,the method is simple,and easy to promote at the grassroots.
