目的:探讨64层螺旋CT低管电压扫描冠状动脉造影的图像质量。方法选取本院2012年2月~2014年2月收治的100例冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规方式进行扫描,观察组采用64层螺旋CT低管电压扫描冠状动脉造影检测,比较两组的检查结果。结果观察组的CTDlvol和ED指标显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的远段冠状动脉CT值、SNR、CNR显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的多方位重建图像清晰度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论64层螺旋CT低管电压扫描冠状动脉造影能保证冠心病患者诊断所需的图像质量,且辐射剂量明显减少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the image quality of 64-slice CT lower tube voltage in scanning coronary angiogra-phy. Methods 100 cases with coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were select-ed and divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group,The control group was scanned with conventional methods,the observation group was scanned with 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography lower tube voltage.The inspection results of the two groups was compared. Results The index of CTDlvol and ED in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The CT value of distal coronary, SNR and CNR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).In addition,the definition of multi azimuth resolution of reconstructed images in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 64-slice CT coronary angiography lower tube volt-age scanning can ensure the image quality required for diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease,and significant-ly reduce the radiation dose,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
