针对夏热冬冷地区冬季住宅舒适性差的现状，设计了城市住宅供暖方式的三步决策模型。定性评估并筛选符合城市自然地理条件和城市规划的供暖方式，在建立线性回归模型估计外购燃料需求量和基于燃料发热值计算燃料使用量的基础上，从满足设计采暖年份燃料充足程度的角度，定量评估并筛选供暖方式，利用多属性决策方法从各供暖方式的燃料充足程度、经济性和环境效益三方面进行综合评估和排序，确定最优的住宅供暖方式，并采用算例进行验证，为该地区选择最适合的城市住宅供暖方式提供参考。

Concerning the poor indoor thermal comfort in winter,the main research content of this study is to design a decision model to select the most suitable heating scheme for cities in hot summer cold winter zone in China. Qualitative method is used to select heating schemes which meet the physiographic condition and urban planning primarily. Then fuel ample proportion in designed heating years are apprised,based on quantity of fuel import and fuel consumption estimated by linear regression model and calorific-value-based formula respectively. At last,multi-attribute decision-making method is used to evaluate the fuel ample proportion,economical efficiency and environmental influence. The candidate heating schemes are ranked according to the result, providing references to decide the best fit heating scheme.
