目的：探讨C型桡骨远端骨折手术治疗方法，比较锁定加压钢板内固定与外固定架固定两种术式的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年3月～2014年1月我院经两种手术方式治疗的54例C型桡骨远端骨折患者临床资料，内固定治疗28例中C1型12例、C2型13例、C3型3例，外固定架固定26例中C1型10例、C2型14例、 C3型3例，比较两组患者术后桡骨远端尺偏角、掌倾角及桡骨高度恢复情况及腕关节功能恢复程度。结果两组患者骨折愈合时间比较无显著差异（P＞0.05），末次随访内固定组患者桡骨远端掌倾角恢复优于外固定组，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05），疗效评价内固定组优良率89.3%，外固定组优良率76.9%，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论两种术式治疗C型桡骨远端骨折均可获较好临床疗效，锁定加压钢板内固定疗效优于外固定架固定，可作为优先选择，临床应结合患者伤情，选择合适术式。
목적：탐토C형뇨골원단골절수술치료방법，비교쇄정가압강판내고정여외고정가고정량충술식적림상효과。방법회고성분석2011년3월～2014년1월아원경량충수술방식치료적54례C형뇨골원단골절환자림상자료，내고정치료28례중C1형12례、C2형13례、C3형3례，외고정가고정26례중C1형10례、C2형14례、 C3형3례，비교량조환자술후뇨골원단척편각、장경각급뇨골고도회복정황급완관절공능회복정도。결과량조환자골절유합시간비교무현저차이（P＞0.05），말차수방내고정조환자뇨골원단장경각회복우우외고정조，조간비교차이현저（P＜0.05），료효평개내고정조우량솔89.3%，외고정조우량솔76.9%，조간비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론량충술식치료C형뇨골원단골절균가획교호림상료효，쇄정가압강판내고정료효우우외고정가고정，가작위우선선택，림상응결합환자상정，선택합괄술식。
Objective To explore the surgical treatment on type C distal radius fracture and compare the clinical effects of locking compression plate internal fixation and external fixation.Methods Retrospectively were analyzed on the data of 54 patients with type C distal radius fracture, from Match 2011 to January 2014. For treated by internal ifxation treatment were 28 cases, in the 28 cases, the patients with type C1 distal radius fracture were 12, type C2 were 13, type C3 were 3. Treated by external ifxation treatment were 26 cases, in the 26 cases, the patients with type C1 distal radius fracture were 10, type C2 were 14, type C3 were 3. Compared the distal radius angle, radial inclination and radius height recovery and wrist joints functional recovery in the two groups after the operations. Results There was no significant difference between the healing time of the patients in the two groups (P>0.05).When last follow-up, the radial inclination recovery of the patients in internal fixation group was superior to that in external fixation group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The therapeutic evaluation good rate of the internal fixation group was 89.3%, that of external fixation group was 76.9%, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion All the two kinds of surgical treatment on type C distal radius fracture can get good clinical effects, the effect of locking compression plate internal fixation was superior to that of external fixation. The clinical can give preference to it and combine the patients’ traumatic condition to choose the suitable operation.
