【目的】观察新鲜冰冻血浆（FFP）外敷联合压力疗法治疗下肢静脉性溃疡（VLU ）的疗效。【方法】60例VLU患者按治疗方法不同分为两组，每组30例。观察组用FFP外敷联合压力治疗，对照组用0．5％碘伏湿敷联合压力治疗。比较两组治疗方法的体外抑菌环和治疗后d10、d20、d30创面愈合率、创面愈合时间及不良反应。【结果】两种治疗方法金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌环比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），但铜绿假单胞菌和消化性链球菌的抑菌环比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组治疗后d10、d20、d30创面愈合率高于对照组（ P ＜0．01），愈合时间明显短于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。两组均无明显不良反应发生。【结论】FFP外敷联合压力疗法治疗VLU疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。
【목적】관찰신선빙동혈장（FFP）외부연합압력요법치료하지정맥성궤양（VLU ）적료효。【방법】60례VLU환자안치료방법불동분위량조，매조30례。관찰조용FFP외부연합압력치료，대조조용0．5％전복습부연합압력치료。비교량조치료방법적체외억균배화치료후d10、d20、d30창면유합솔、창면유합시간급불량반응。【결과】량충치료방법금황색포도구균、표피포도구균화대장애희균적억균배비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05），단동록가단포균화소화성련구균적억균배비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。관찰조치료후d10、d20、d30창면유합솔고우대조조（ P ＜0．01），유합시간명현단우대조조（ P ＜0．01）。량조균무명현불량반응발생。【결론】FFP외부연합압력요법치료VLU료효만의，치득림상추엄응용。
[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacies of pressure therapy plus external use of fresh fro‐zen plasma (FFP) in the treatment of venous leg ulcer .[Methods]A total of 60 patients with venous leg ulcer were divided into two groups .Thirty patients received pressure therapy plus external use of FFP while another 30 patients pressure therapy plus external use of 0 .5% complex iodline (COI) .The bacterial inhibitory ring , healing time and healing rate were compared between two groups after treatment at Days 10 ,20 ,30 .And the possible side effects of FFP were observed .[Results] No significant difference existed in the comparison of FFP and COI in bacterial inhibitory ring of Staphylococcus aureus ,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Escherichia coli( P>0 .05) .However ,significant differences existed in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Peptic streptococcus ( P <0 .05) .FFP did better in healing time( P <0 .01)and healing rate( P <0 .01)after treatment at Days 10 ,20 ,30 .There was no obvious side effect of FFP .[Conclusion] Pressure therapy plus external use of FFP had definite efficacies in the treatment of venous leg ulcer .
