目的:对高频超声与上消化道造影诊断先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄进行对比研究,分析二者的优劣性,探讨二者的临床诊断价值。方法:对2014年1月—2014年6月84例怀疑先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析和研究,62例经手术证实,对确诊病例分析其高频超声及上消化道造影检查的相关指标及结果。结果:62例患儿中做高频超声检查者共59例,漏诊1例,上消化道造影检查者共61例,漏诊1例,5例可疑阳性。结论:高频超声与上消化道造影诊断先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄阳性率及准确率均较高,二者各有特色,高频超声可作为首选影像学检查方法,对于一些非典型病例,二者结合可大大提高诊断准确率,为临床提供更可靠的手术依据。

Objective:High - frequency ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal contrast were comparaed in diagnosing con-genital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis,and to analyze their advantages and disadvantages,discuss their clinical value. Methods:Eighty - four cases they were suspected congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis during January to June 2014 and do a retro-spective analysis and study. There are sixty - two cases confirmed by surgery. To analyze their relevant imaging findings and in-dicators. Results:There are fifty - nine infants who do high - frequency ultrasound in 62 cases of total,one case was missed, and sixty - one infants who do upper astrointestinal contrast,one case was missed,five cases were diagnosed as suspected posi-tive. Conclusion:Both high - frequency ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal contrast have high positive rate and accurate rate in diagnosing congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. They have their own characteristics. High - frequency ultrasound imaging can be used as the preferred method. Combining two methods can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy for some atypical ca-ses and provide more reliable basis for clinical surgery.
