建立了湿法消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定富锗煤烟灰中锗含量的方法,研究了样品预处理、进样系统、光谱干扰、等离子体测定条件对测定结果的影响.在优化实验条件下,方法的相对标准偏差0.79%,加标回收率98.55%~105.85%,表明该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度.

The content of germanium in rich germanium soot was determined by ICP-AES using wet digestion. The influences of samples pre?treatment,sampling system,spectral interference and plasma measurement conditions on the determination results were studied. Under optimized experimental conditions,the relative standard deviations of the method and the standard addition recoveries were 0.79%and 98.55%~105.85%,respectively. The results showed that the method has good accuracy and precision.
