This paper mainly studies the reason for longitudinal crack of the GH2036 alloy cold drawn rods with six cor-ners in the process of heat treatment.And through the improvement of heat treatment process, the l ongitudinal cracks of GH2036 alloy cold drawn rods were effectively eliminated.
