目的：评价外侧入路双钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法对22例肱骨中下段骨折患者行改良后外侧入路双钢板内固定术。结果22例患者随访10～24个月，骨折均骨性愈合，无骨不连等并发症。结论改良后外侧入路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨中下段骨折效果满意。
目的：評價外側入路雙鋼闆治療肱骨中下段骨摺的臨床效果。方法對22例肱骨中下段骨摺患者行改良後外側入路雙鋼闆內固定術。結果22例患者隨訪10～24箇月，骨摺均骨性愈閤，無骨不連等併髮癥。結論改良後外側入路雙鋼闆內固定治療肱骨中下段骨摺效果滿意。
목적：평개외측입로쌍강판치료굉골중하단골절적림상효과。방법대22례굉골중하단골절환자행개량후외측입로쌍강판내고정술。결과22례환자수방10～24개월，골절균골성유합，무골불련등병발증。결론개량후외측입로쌍강판내고정치료굉골중하단골절효과만의。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of fracture of distal humerus lateral approach of double plate.Methods22 cases of humerus shaft fracture underwent modiifed posterolateral double plate internal fixation.Results22 patients were followed up for 10~24 months, the fractures were bone union, nonunion and other complications. Conclusion The modiifed posterolateral double plate internal ifxation for the treatment of middle and distal humeral fractures.
