目的：比较溶栓治疗与介入治疗在急性前壁心肌梗死发病6 h内的应用价值。方法选择2012年1月~2014年1月在本院心内科接受治疗的86例急性前壁心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)，对照组采用溶栓治疗，观察组采用介入治疗，对比两组灌注成功率及复发情况、心肌酶谱水平、心功能。结果观察组治疗后的灌注成功率高于对照组，再梗死率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后的hs-cTnT及CK-MB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后LVEDD、LVEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗应用于急性前壁心肌梗死患者具有更高的灌注成功率，可有效降低心肌酶谱水平并优化心功能。
목적：비교용전치료여개입치료재급성전벽심기경사발병6 h내적응용개치。방법선택2012년1월~2014년1월재본원심내과접수치료적86례급성전벽심기경사환자작위연구대상，근거수궤수자표법분위대조조(43례)화관찰조(43례)，대조조채용용전치료，관찰조채용개입치료，대비량조관주성공솔급복발정황、심기매보수평、심공능。결과관찰조치료후적관주성공솔고우대조조，재경사솔저우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조치료후적hs-cTnT급CK-MB수평균저우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조치료후LVEDD、LVEF균고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론개입치료응용우급성전벽심기경사환자구유경고적관주성공솔，가유효강저심기매보수평병우화심공능。
Objective To compare application value of thrombolytic therapy and interventional treatment in acute an-terior myocardial infarction within 6 hours. Methods 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our depart-ment of cardiology from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as research objects.According to random number table,they were evenly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).Thrombolytic therapy was used in control group,interventional treatment was applied in observation group.Success rate of perfusion,recurrence,levels of myocardial enzymes and cardiac function were compared between two groups. Results The success rate of perfusion af-ter treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,re-infarction rate after treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The level of hs-cTnT and CK-MB after therapy in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively(P<0.05).LVEDD and LVEF after treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of interventional therapy in acute anterior myocardial infarction has a higher success rate of perfusion,effectively reduces the level of myocardial enzyme and optimizes cardiac function.
