随着互联网的普及，传统的传媒业逐渐产生发展方式上的变革，迅速成长为一种文化产业。传媒产业在带来生产力效应的同时，催生了一系列新兴的就业岗位，给高校毕业生的就业提供了一个良好的发展空间和广阔的平台，在一定程度上缓解了当前严峻的就业形势。本文通过分析传媒行业的现状及未来发展的趋势，着重论述传媒行业发展对高校毕业生就业前景的影响，并对促进新形势下高校毕业生就业创业提出相关意见建议。

With the popularity of the Internet, traditional media industry gradually produces the change of the way of development ,rapidly grows into a kind of cultural industry. Media industry brings effects of productivity ,at the same time, it also can give rise to a series of new jobs, which provides a good space of development and broad platform for the employment of college graduates.So the current severe employment situation could be relieved. By analyzing the present situation of the media industry and the trend of development in the future,This article mainly discuss the influence of college gr-aduates’ employment caused by media industry's development and put forward some suggestions for promoting graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship in the new situation .
